Using just an indoor rowing machine, challenge yourself at your own pace.

In less than an hour, including warm up, technical instruction as needed, and 30-40 minutes to burn oxygen, each session gets you in, out, and on with your endorphin high.

Our indoor rowing philosophy is all about technique, rhythm, and strength-endurance.

9:00-10:00am Tuesdays and Thursdays
Jan 18 – May 12 (except Mar 15 & 17 for spring break)

6:30-7:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays
