Format
It’s not crossfit.
Using just an indoor rowing machine, challenge yourself at your own pace.
In less than an hour, including warm up, technical instruction as needed, and 30-40 minutes to burn oxygen, each session gets you in, out, and on with your endorphin high.
Our indoor rowing philosophy is all about technique, rhythm, and strength-endurance.
When and where?
For beginners, instructors are available Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm
Once you have a basic understanding of the technique, your sessions can be more flexible–any time between 5:30pm and 7:30pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays…
