MHK RowFit is the perfect way to learn something new, find a motivational community, and stay fit at your own pace.

Our 45 minute sessions come in a variety of formats, all of which are centered around indoor rowing (aka “erging”) supplemented with body weight exercises to keep you moving. It’s a total body workout.

Once you’ve learned the basics from a coach, your first week is free.
Then it’s $40 monthly for as many classes per week as you like.

Class schedule:

  • Mondays at 5:30pm
  • Tuesdays 6:30am or 6:00pm
  • Wednesdays 5:30pm
  • Thursdays 6:30am or 6:00pm
  • Saturdays 7:00am
