Learn the basics of rowing technique and then work HARD!
Perfect way to keep your cardio up for the winter, our 60 minute sessions are centered around indoor rowing (aka “erging”) supplemented with body weight exercises to keep you moving. It’s a total body workout.

When and where?
Starting Monday 11 November, we are offering evening as well as morning sessions:
- Mondays at 6:30pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am or 6:30pm
- Saturdays at 7am

Your first rowing lesson and fitness class are free!
You can pay $40 monthly or $80 for the indoor rowing season–11 Nov through 22 Feb.
